Went to Somerset House for the Campaign for Wool event. Some amazing stuff - didn't realise you could do so much or be so inventive with wool. Hope you like the photos.
At last I have finished the crochet blanket - complete with a pretty purple edging. Phew - got there in the end.
I have completed another crochet bracelet. This time the centre colour is a row of half trebles on base chain, then the outer colour is a row of double crochet around it. Hope you like it.
Take a look at the small wrist band that I crocheted at the weekend. Done on size 3.00 mm hook with Rowan glace cotton, it took very little time after a bit of experimenting with size. The button is from a selection available at John Lewis - what would we do without their haberdashery department?
